Refund policy
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer returns or a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date.
To approve your return, you must first email us at info@clubcouturew.com mentioning the return. If you would like to exchange the item(s) to something else, please mention this in your email. This email must be sent within 14 days after the delivery date. All returns must be returned in original shape and form.
Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item(s) is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will return your item(s) to the original shipping address.
UNAUTHORIZED ORDERS
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
EXCLUSIONS
• Personalized pieces that are cut to order: this includes any initial, name or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets and anklets. These cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom order(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• “On Sale” items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
• Special Discounts which show “NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES” in promotion material & throughout our site at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the case a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.
